Question 1

What is Stampd?

Accepted Answer

Stampd is a digital loyalty card for local businesses, from cafes and bakeries to barbers and personal trainers. Customers get a stamp card in Apple or Google Wallet in ten seconds, with no app to download. The card comes with STAMPER, an AI employee that runs the whole loyalty program: it spots customers who are drifting away, wins them back automatically, and proves what that earned in euros every month.

Question 2

Do customers need to download an app?

Accepted Answer

No. The loyalty card lives in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, which is already on every phone. Customers scan a QR code once and the card is in their wallet.

Question 3

How is Stampd different from other digital loyalty cards?

Accepted Answer

Stampd is the first loyalty card with an employee inside. STAMPER, the built-in AI employee, does the work a marketing employee would: it notices which regulars are drifting away, sends them a well-timed winback, fills quiet days, and runs campaigns. Every month STAMPER counts that work, and he keeps himself honest.

Question 4

How does Stampd prove it works?

Accepted Answer

Every month STAMPER counts what he did: who went quiet, who he spoke to and who came back. He keeps himself honest: the monthly report says when a result is settled and when it is still too early to call. If he earns less than he costs, you can simply cancel.
